Vicky Oleniczak has been a fierce family advocate for more than 30 years. But above all, she has been an educator. Vicky is at her best when educating her clients so that they have all the tools they need to make the best decisions for themselves and their families.
Vicky’s clients describe her as direct without being demanding; protective without being patronizing; and someone who always gives them her full attention. Her straight talk and pointed advice is born out of a desire to put her clients firmly in the driver’s seat while empowering them to be confident and self-guided in their decision-making. Though she may have strong opinions, her opinions aren’t arbitrary. They are based on a deep respect for the fact everything she does affects a parent-child relationship, a family’s finances, or a client’s future. Loyal to the core, Vicky builds lasting relationships with her clients and can always be counted on to “show up” whenever a tough decision or listening ear is needed.
Reliable and organized, Vicky finds ways—both large and small—to support her clients and her community. She became a lawyer to fight for those who cannot fight for themselves—an endeavor that spanned beyond serving her clients to serving the community when she became a Racine County Court Commissioner and President of the Mukwonago Chamber of Commerce.
When she is not advocating for clients, Vicky keeps busy educating the next generation of future lawyers by coaching the Mukwonago Mock Trial Team. She also bleeds Packer Green and Gold and enjoys time with her rescue dog, Sophie. If you meet Vicky in our East Troy office, you may have the good fortune to meet Katie, the office’s therapy dog who, like Vicky, is great with clients from all walks of life!
